The link below will take you to your account information so you can see charges and payments and print a statement of you account. Payments typically post one to two days after they are mailed. You will need to login to view meeting minutes, financial statements, budgets, insurance documents and other address specific information.

If you have not created an account, its easy, go to the link above and select “Create an Account” and it will walk you through it. You will need your Owner Portal setup link that was in your original welcome email. If you need help getting started, contact account services at (303) 872-9224 ext 102 or info@scmcolorado.com. You can also visit the login screen and if you know the email address you registered with, you can select “Forgot Password” and you will receive instructions to set the password on your account.
