In addition to the traditional check and coupon method, the following options are available for your Association:
Authorization for Automatic Withdrawal
The most convenient way to pay your association dues is by direct automatic withdrawal. You authorize the HOA to debit your bank account for your dues payment on a specified date. To setup ACH, fill out the information online at the link below. You will need a check from the account you wish to set up ACH from to complete the online form. We can also provide a hard copy you can mail in if you like. Give your community manager a call if you have questions.
Online Dues Payments
Not all Associations offer online payment and none of the Metropolitan Districts can receive payments through the online payment tool. If your HOA is not shown in the tool’s drop down menu, your HOA may not offer this service. If you have questions contact, SCM.
Pay your Assessments online via Mutual of Omaha Bank’s payment portal. This tool gives you different payment options and allows you to do a quick, one-time payment or by creating an online profile, you can set-up automatic payments on a schedule you choose.
