Design Review for External Improvements
All exterior changes or improvements, like landscape and fencing, requires prior written approval from the HOA before installation. Submissions may be done electronically by logging in to your Owners Account. Once logged in, select “Compliance” in the menu to the left. You can use page two of the form to describe your project and submit additional documents to completely define your project. You will be notified that your submission was successful and you will be able to track the progress of your submission in the portal. If you need help accessing your account, have questions or have not closed on your home yet, please contact SCM.
The Covenants and Design Guidelines documents can be found under “Shared Documents” in your owner’s portal. There is a specific community fence plan and specification that all homeowners must follow. Please see “Ulysses HOA Fence Spec” under “Architectural Control” in the shared documents area. HOA submissions are free and the HOA must respond within 30 days from receipt of a complete submission.
